Step 1: The Vendor Applies and Joins The Collective
Vendors who work private property and estate weddings apply to The WedStay Collective and build a profile with their services, photos, policies, and pricing where they publish it. The start looks like The Knot: a vendor creates a profile.
The difference is focus. WedStay is built around estate and private property celebrations, so the vendors who join are the ones who want that work, not every vendor in a city.
A profile goes live when the vendor joins The Collective or our team invites them.
Step 2: Our Team Checks the Profile
Our team checks each profile, its photos, and its reviews. We look for real work at private properties: outdoor ceremonies, tented receptions, and setups at homes and estates without a traditional venue team.
Photos and reviews show couples what a vendor actually delivers, so they belong on the profile, not behind a quote request. Where a vendor has published pricing, it sits on the profile too.
