How it compares
Estate buyout vs. a traditional venue
A traditional wedding venue rents by the hour (often 6 to 8 hours) and charges per guest, with no place to stay. A WedStay estate is a whole-property buyout for a 2 to 3 night weekend with onsite lodging included and no per-head venue fee, so the wedding party stays, celebrates, and wakes up in one place. Because the property doubles as lodging, couples routinely fold what would be a separate hotel block into the venue itself.
